Spring

Spring begins for us in February (December if you count planning and seed purchasing) as we start seedlings for the farm, as well as wholesale and retail sales.  Our outdoor spring season begins around the end of April, as soon as we can get on the fields.  Of course, we provide fresh greens, carrots, and turnips, from our greenhouses (almost 17,000 square feet) throughout the spring.
