Broccoli Raab - Raab is a variety of broccolli with long slender stems, large leaves and edible flowers.  It is harvested when the yellow or white flowers open.  It's used in hot pasta, added to salads, and with poached fish.  The raab flowers can be cooked with the vegetable or added to an edible flower confetti.
