Just print this form, fill it out and mail it to us to reserve all the fresh organic vegetables you want for 20 weeks from early June to October.  We will contact you with the exact starting date, which is weather dependent.  

Select the share size that you want to receive for 20 weeks from early June through October.  Remember, all bags are small in the beginning of the season, and that is factored into the prices.
